	The San Diego County 2050 Regional Transportation Plan - Community Outreach Survey In November 2009, Able-Disabled Advocacy (A-DA) received a grant from the San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) to conduct community outreach activities related to San Diego County’s Regional Transportation Plan for 2050.
