Program Overview What is a Desktop Support Technician? Certification Prerequisites Courses Test Preparation Internship Job Search Main Menu	Desktop Support Technician Program Test Preparation Students will have eight weeks to prepare for and take their exams. The Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) certification requires successfully passing two exams. Students will have two attempts to pass each exam.
